$150 per day
$900 per week

January through March
$900 per month

You may stay as few or as many days as you’d like
You may arrive as early as you’d like and depart as late as you’d like
(if another rental follows I’ll let you know)
You have the option cleaning the condo yourself (all cleaning supplies
are provided as well as vacuum cleaner) or pay a $100 cleaning fee for
me to hire a housekeeper.
I rent the condo myself on a first come first serve basis.  To reserve
the dates you would like please mail me your dates and a deposit of
$100.  Then approximately two weeks before your dates I will mail you
the key and the directions; and ask that you mail me the balance.
